DOROTHY BROOK

Dorothy Brook, born in London, studied and worked in Graphic Design and only took up sculpture later on in her life.

Fascinated by patterns and curves in the world around her, she presents her forms in the most aesthetically pleasing and harmonious way. The purity of line and the negative spaces are essential to the integrity of her work and are informed by her background in Graphics.

Her passion for dance and music trigger the ideas for her two- and three-dimensional work.

She has exhibited widely in the UK and has many drawings and sculptures in collections around the world.
