This exhibition - like so many art and cultural events - has been impacted by the pandemic. Originally planned to open at the start of June, the exhibition was postponed both to allow time for the easing of lockdown - and for some of Keith's suppliers to be able to make frames etc - perspex has been in high demand! We are however delighted to be able to extend the show throughout the summer to give clients and visitors maximum opportunity to visit the show.
The new works include three stunning neons - they make a great set! Inspired by songs by Roxy Music, Kasabian and Pink Floyd they showcase a new body of work. The pristine cases, the jewel like vinyl elements and the vibrant flowing lines of the neon lettering all add up to an impressive piece of art - at a very affordable price.
Also new for this show is a new vinyl map. We love Keith's maps - we have seen vinyl maps of London and the UK, vintage badges with UK place names and vintage postcard maps of UK, Scotland and Cornwall. Now he is zoning in on the postcode!
Paintings by guest artists Chris Myers and Ron Chadwick include some stunning Bowie pieces - including a wonderful Ron Chadwick portrait completed this year.
